I am a certified Yoga Teacher, Sound Therapist, and Reiki Master. I received my 200 hour certification from Frog Lotus Yoga International in Vinyasa Yoga, and my 300 hour certification from Yoga Farm Ithaca in Kundalini Yoga. I trained in Reiki with Lisa Powers and in Sound Therapy with Simone Vitale. I studied Psychology in college but when I found Yoga, my course changed. I knew immediately that it was more accurately aligned with my values and how I can truly be of service to others. Yoga is my refuge, my love, and above all, everything that I have to give.
