Hey there! I'm Brooke Steurer—a Cincinnati, OH transplant living in beautiful Denver, CO! After completing my RYT200 in 2024, I found a love for traditional Ashtanga yoga and meditation.
I believe the mind-body connection is pertinent when focusing on health—both physical and mental. My dad once told me, "The successful path to life is happiness" and boy is it true! Where our minds lead, our bodies will follow. Yoga cleanses our mental state and allows us to see what's real. Meditation unlocks our true self so we can release restrictions and make life into what our souls are searching for. Other than yoga, I love being outside and I'm passionate about animal welfare! I love standing with the sunshine on my face, a beautiful view from a high-altitude location, and traveling somewhere new. I enjoy crafting with my hands and take pride in all things DIY.
