Brooklyn is a hr RYT who grew up attending her mothers yoga classes and fell in love with the practice from a young age She loves teaching Vinyasa and Restorative classes blending mindful movement with moments of stillness to help students connect with their bodies cultivate balance and find calm in their everyday lives Traveling is one of Brooklyns greatest passions and she enjoys sharing her love for yoga wherever she goes Her teaching focuses on creating a welcoming safe space for students of all levels encouraging self-discovery mindfulness and a sense of community Brooklyn hopes to inspire students to carry the benefits of yoga off the mat and into their daily lives leaving each class feeling centered empowered and renewed.
