True FLOW Yoga

Brynn runs True FLOW Yoga through which she leads Yoga Alliance approved 200hr Yoga Teacher Trainings as well as topic-specific workshops, and yoga retreats in beautiful locations all over the world. She has been a practitioner since 1997 and a teacher since 2003. Over her many years of practice, Brynn has studied with master teachers from many traditions including but not limited to Ashtanga, Iyengar, Vinyasa Flow, Jivamukti, Yin, Restorative, Shadow, and Bhakti. This broad background gives her a wide scope from which to draw wisdom and inspiration. She teaches her own innovative blend of traditional yogic disciplines combined into unique vinyasa sequences with equal attention given to proper body alignment and energetic flow. In her classes, she strives to bring a perfect balance of effort and release, making the physical practice itself an inquiry into better understanding one's own personality. She believes that the asana practice can be used as a metaphor for learning where we get stuck in our minds and in our lives. Her philosophical curiosity and her own deep connection to spirit encourages students to listen deeply within to find their own truth. Her classes prime the body to become balanced, toned, supple, and free from injury. Guided into ease, practitioners challenge their boundaries and leave with a renewed feeling of invigoration and awareness. Brynn strongly believes in the personal benefits of yoga, but also holds that the true purpose of yoga is to make the world better by bringing more consciousness and compassion into it, one yogi at a time.
