I discovered Yoga back in 2007 and started in my teacher training journey with YogaFit in February of 2014.
I completed my 200RYT in February of 2018 and I plan to finish my 500RYT in the near future. When I first encountered Yoga I fixated on the physical practice only, but through the years I've found new emotional and thought-provoking depths to my practice. Yoga is breath and breath is yoga. If you can breath you can practice yoga. I love incorporating vinyasa flows into my classes but at the same time I believe in taking time to "be" with a pose. I spend my days working a full-time desk job and my evenings teaching classes. I am also an ACE Certified Group Exercise Instructor, an AFAA Certified Group Exercise Instructor, an Advanced LesMills BodyPump Instructor, a LesMills BodyCombat Instructor, a licensed Barre Above instructor, a licensed Strong by Zumba Instructor and a licensed Zumba Instructor.
