About

Caitlin began casually practicing yoga while studying theatre at the College of Charleston and found a deeper practice upon moving to San Francisco in 2006.

Growing up a competitive swimmer and athlete, Caitlin fell in love with not only the physical part of yoga, but the the spiritual depth the practice brings to her life and psyche. Caitlin completed her 200 hour RYT certification through Pete Guinosso's 'Lighting the Path' training progarm supported by Yoga Tree in 2014 and also completed the 'It's Yoga Kids' program in 2015 and has been actively teaching for them. Classes are taught in a vinyasa style with focus on breath and movement while maintaining proper alignment to make sure students move in a manner that honors their bodies and helps prevent strain or injury but still challenges them to dig deep. Caitlin’s love for working with children (and being a self-proclaimed big kid) and passion for yoga brings a playfulness and lightheartedness fun to her classes while also teaching mindfulness and the core principles of the yoga philosophy. She also knows how to slow it down with a souldfull Yin and Restorative class by finding depth and balance from within. When she’s not on the mat, Caitlin can be found traveling and seeking out adventures while spreading messages of positivity and our connection to the natural world!
