She creates a safe and nurturing space where her students can reconnect to their body, rediscover their own inner wisdom, and explore the territory within. Expect to be familiar with some of the postures and practices, and to experience new expressions of your flexibility, power, and energy. Her favorite mantra is - "What if" is the key to unlock what is possible.
