I teach gentle yoga with a focus on joint freeing, strength and balance: This practice is designed to move each joint gently and systematically through its full and natural range of motion, to enhance mobility and relieve joint pain.
We then focus on safely building strength and balance. I practice to bring my body, mind and spirit into balance. My intention for teaching is to share the gifts that yoga has given me, with others. Self compassion, discipline, and letting go of habits which no longer serve me. I was 50 when I found yoga in 2012 and was amazed at the strength and flexibility my body has been able to achieve. I would love to help people who may think they are to old or not in good enough shape discover this amazing practice. I currently teach at A Garden for wellness.
