About
I am a biotech by day, dealing specifically with people with severe allergies.
So my yoga practice and the classes I teach tend to be deeply rooted in science. But it's not as far off as some may think. I see evidence of deep knowledge about biology, chemistry, physiology, even quantum physics. I rarely do anything without trying to delve into every possible detail. Since my initial teacher training in 2013. I've had training in prenatal yoga, kids yoga, thai yoga, Tibetan yoga, spinal release yoga, myofascial yoga, restorative yoga, pranayama, guided meditation, buti yoga, buti deep (yoga for internal abdominal), spiritual housekeeping, sound therapy, aerial yoga, aerial fitness, bungee fitness, reiki, HIIT yoga, and more that I'm probably forgetting, but I have an instance thirst for earning. This year I completeled my 300 ryt as well as my diploma in ayurveda, which was amazing in the way it tied so much of my previous Training together. And I am continuing with trigger point yoga and reflexology. I would describe my yoga style as inclusive and adaptive. I really feel the need to adjust my offering based on my clients feedback, so my students drive my yoga style more than any other factor. I feel yoga is a service to humanity, knowing the real and amazing benefits of yoga and it's sister modalities can help people in so many facets of their life, that my approach needs to adapt to serve them better
