Candace Neal is a Registered Yoga Teacher E-RYT with Yoga Alliance which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with an approved and active Registered Yoga School RYS I completed my yoga teaching certification through the Downtown Minneapolis Corepower Yoga studio in August I had gone into the program planning to learn to become a yoga instructor but came out having learned more about myself than I would have thought possible The instructors the students and the program led me down a path that taught me not only about the asanas but also how to use the philosophy and lessons of yoga in my own life This training also taught me how to take my practice off the mat and share it with my friends and family and strangers alike in how I interact with everyone on a daily basis I look forward to the opportunity to helping people get on their mats challenge themselves and to take it with them as they leave As a teacher I offer clear cues and modifications and tailor my classes to student requests or skill level You can meet me on your mat at Purple Blossom Yoga in Greenville NC as well as the Corepower Yoga Studios in Raleigh and Cary NC.
