She has developed and supervised the fitness programs including fitness training and education, special events, group exercise, mixed/martial arts, massage, post injury fitness, CPR instruction and health education. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Adult Physiology with an emphasis on Holistic Health and Wellness with a double minor in Health Care Management and Nutrition. She began practicing yoga in 1994 at the Metropolitan State University in Denver. She has trained with several registered yoga schools with formal training in classical asana and Hatha Yoga and has worked with special populations including prenatal, teen, senior, and post injury, a Registered Yoga Teacher (E-RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with an approved and active Registered Yoga School (RYS). She has more than 25 years experience teaching the public through personal training, group classes, classroom education, nutrition counseling, and health screenings. Her speciality is post injury fitness and mobility.
