I have been teaching since and have studied different styles of yoga in Brazil Switzerland and US since I have a degree in Law but am a full time yoga teacher I co-owned a studio called Yoga Lotus from - a yoga studio located in Houston Texas My style of teaching incorporates precision and alignment with breath and movement I teach Power Yoga/ Vinyasa Yoga Hatha Yoga for beginners to advanced Restorative Yoga Chair Yoga Yin Yoga I also have many dedicated many years to the practice of meditation I am an ACE personal and group X instructor; and hold an hour certification on the history philosophy and literature of Yoga A friend and I wrote a yoga book for teachers called "The Nuts and Bolts of Teaching Yoga" to be published soon.
