I am a Registered Yoga Teacher RYT with Yoga Alliance and a first-year physical therapy student at Samford University I have a love of the outdoors meeting new people and teaching yoga in a variety of settings! Previously I have taught in traditional studio settings at universities outdoors and in climbing gyms I also have experience working with adaptive sports through Catalyst Sports and The Lakeshore Foundation My yoga education is in vinyasa-style yoga and pediatric yoga I provide flexibility in teaching style but am grounded with a firm foundation in the traditional Ashtanga yoga which I love to practice I am passionate not only about the practice itself but the history and culture surrounding all things yoga.
