I came to yoga in 2010 out of curiosity, initially weaving it into my fitness routine as a way to move and challenge my body.
Over time, the practice became something much deeper. What started as movement evolved into a space for reflection, release, and reconnection.Yoga has helped me navigate stress, understand myself more fully, and cultivate a meaningful spiritual connection to breath and presence. Through the power of conscious breathing and meditation, I’ve experienced firsthand how transformative this practice can be — not just on the mat, but in everyday life.In my classes, I guide students through intentional movement rooted in breath awareness. I aim to create a space that feels grounding, empowering, and expansive, where you can strengthen your body, quiet your mind, and come home to yourself.
