RYT 200, & RYT 500 through HarmonyTherapeutic Yoga and hold an additional 200hr CYT from Aura Wellness Center. I also gained first hand a most valuable form of education as an associate to a BCND, (board certified N.D.) for 5 years. I bring over 15 yrs of teaching experience and very confident & grounded in the transformative nature of yoga as I have and continue to experience it in my life as well as witness it in others. My approach & interest is in the nature of how yoga weaves us into a path of self discovery, weaving mindfulness, connection, and inner peace while building strength and flexibility. Since receiving my certification from Harmony, my approach has evolved towards making yoga accessible to everyone; I enjoy and find advantage in this method as established by T. K. V. Desikachar. Yoga is a very personal experience. I love to introduce it as such & plant the seed of curiosity so that self inquiry, exploration, growth, and holistic wellness. --Namaste
