"As a child I had the blessing of experiencing yoga and Instantly I felt a sense of returning home - to my core being-ness In The Time had finally arrived for me to go deeper in understanding the knowledge and styles of yoga with an amazing teacher Ally Ford at Anala Yoga School where I had the opportunity to earn a RYT- Certification which emphasized Ashtanga and Vinyasa styles I continued my Yoga Journey at the Amrit Institute of Yoga in Salt Springs FL by completing their Level II Yoga of Consciousness/I AM teacher certificate program with Gurudev Desai and Kamani Desai in May Then in March after completing a month program I received my RYT- in Kundalini yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan Then in November I received my RYT- aka Level in Kundalini yoga My passion for learning and helping others led me to take on a mentor from - and in I completed my certification as an Applied Emotional Mastery coach My journey also led me to Energy healing modalities In and I received certifications in Pranic Healing with Master Co In I began my journey with Qi Qong and Reiki with my Master Teacher/Shifu Orlando I have received Reiki level - certifications and a certification to teach White Lotus form of Qi Qong and Tai Qi Sun Dragon and the Phoenix Kuan yin fan form Taoist Alchemy meditation Palms of Buddha In I began Sisters of the Heart which offered monthly empowerment circles in person and then online during most of Covid The Circle offers meditation and various other tools to inspire and empower women through the monthly gatherings At the present moment Sisters of the Heart offers a monthly healing group for men and women that offers movement meditation mantra Reiki and Qi Qong at lovely studio called a Yoga Village in Clearwater FL I am passionate about learning and sharing my knowledge through experiential ways that integrate the mind body and spirit I enjoy creating a sacred safe space for people to connect to the source of light and love within which I believe is the foundation needed to anchor the light in the world today".
