Carol teaches yoga at Jamie Scott Fitness She began her lifestyle of fitness in her mid-thirties after going through post-partum depression after the birth of her third child A friend invited her to go to the gym and there was no looking back About five years later she took up running and ran and completed the inaugural Savannah Rock and Roll Marathon She also ran in thirteen half marathons many other races mud runs and a Spartan Event Running led to multiple injuries which led to yoga Carol has been practicing yoga for over a decade and felt let to become a teacher Carol studied under Marianne Wells at Marianne Wells Yoga School in Costa Rica It is Carols desire to help people to achieve balance in Mind Body and Spirit.
