Carol Crawford is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with an approved and active Registered Yoga School (RYS).
I am also a registered Kundalini Yoga teacher with IKTA (International Kundalini Teacher’s Association). I am pursuing studies to obtain an ERYT (500 hours) in Kundalini Yoga. In my classes, I use techniques to help the practitioner to open the awareness to the subtle energy within the body and connect to their soul. To this end, I incorporate gentle asanas and kriyas enriched by deep pranayama (conscious breathing) and meditation. Contact me if you are interested in private classes.
