JNC Better Living - Rooted Yoga

Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS). Also certified as a Yin Yoga Instructor. JNC Better Living was founded with a mission to make the world a healthier, happier place. I am a Chicago native and moved to Phoenix with my husband and love of my life in 2013. We have four great kids, and are all very close. In 2021, we relocated to Overland Park, KS to be closer to our families. Besides my YTT training, I have a degree in Fitness, Recreation & Leisure, from Northeastern Illinois University, I’m a certified nutrition coach, aroma touch technician, and a Lean Sigma Greenbelt with 30 years business management experience.
