I am a Yoga Practitioner and Yoga Teacher - I am Inspired to guide students to find alignment their breath and to connect body heart and soul My education and background are in industrial and Quality Engineering where I hold a masters degree from the Javeriana University in Cali Colombia For the last years I have lived and worked in Omaha Due to the pandemic I was laid off from my position as the Director of Quality Assurance from a local company At that time I decided to make a change to career path I found yoga years ago due to a broken heart! started to practice and found deep inner peace and a safe place to be Over the years I fall in love with the practice and wanted to learn more about so I decided to become a Yoga Teacher it has been a wondaful Journey Yoga is my passion I find sharing the practice of Yoga with others and guiding them through their journey deeply fulfilling My goal is to create an environment where students can practice fearlessness in order to find healing strength and transformation".
