About
Caroline Amsler is a yoga teacher, conscious entrepreneur, and co-founder of Inhale For Om, a yoga and travel company launched in 2021 that has since guided thousands of students on transformative journeys worldwide.
Caroline’s path began with a degree from the University of Arkansas and a rapid rise in corporate America. Feeling unfulfilled, she took a leap of faith, leaving her career to follow her true calling as a yoga teacher. With over 500 hours of training, her credentials include a 200-hour and Trauma Informed Yoga certification from Costa Rica’s jungles and a 300-hour advanced certification from Akhanda Yoga Institute in Rishikesh, India—the birthplace of yoga—where she was given the spiritual name Om Jot, meaning “The Vibration of Pure Light.” Now based in the Outer Banks with her husband and two dogs, Caroline leads yoga retreats, teacher trainings, and workshops worldwide, blending her passion for travel, teaching, and community into each experience.
