I am a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS).
I completed my training in July 2019, taught in person until March 2020 when I began teaching regular classes on Zoom. I have been teaching at Black Dog Yoga in Studio City since July 2021 and currently teach a Basic Flow class at Black Dog Yoga on Saturdays at 11:30 a.m.
