Carolyn Park Barton is a 500-hr Trauma-Informed RYT with over twenty years combined experience as a fitness and yoga instructor.
Empowered and forever changed by yoga, Carolyn is passionate about helping people find balance and reclaim ownership of their lives. Carolyn’s interest in health and fitness began in her roots as an aquatic and aerobic fitness instructor. Amidst the pandemic, she started down the path of yoga and received her 200-hour teacher training. Since then, she acquired 300 more hours of learning and specialized skills to facilitate yoga and other offerings, such as meditation, yoga Nidra, gentle yoga and sound healings. Yoga is a journey of self-care and self-love. Carolyn offers her gentle touch and genuine, heart-centered presence to each and every one of her students. She hopes they will be inspired to connect to calmness and create balance in their lives with the help of breath, meditation and movement.
