Carolyn is imbued by a lifelong passion for learning about herself and finding a path to wellbeing.
A dancer throughout her childhood and adolescence, Carolyn received her undergraduate degree in psychology, marking the beginning of her exploration into the mind-body connection for health and wellbeing. After graduating from the University of Pennsylvania's Master of Applied Positive Psychology program, Carolyn began her life work as a teacher of individuals from all walks of life to enhance their health, wellbeing and happiness. The addition of a certification in yoga in 2020 provides Carolyn with a unique skillset to offer positive psychology in an accessible and compassionate manner, integrated with mind-body connection for complete physical, mental and emotional health. Carolyn has come to understand that we all share a common desire for safety, acceptance, love and freedom to grow into our best selves. Whether sharing her knowledge in a program for recovering addicts, offering professional development in a corporate setting, or leading a wellness retreat for lovers of yoga, Carolyn brings her strongest character strengths of love, hope, curiosity and creativity to inspire others to learn about themselves and move toward a flourishing life.
