Carolyn Darensbourg is a Registered Yoga Teacher RYT with Yoga Alliance which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School RYS Currently enrolled in the RYT through MelMarie Yoga I am a breast cancer survivor and overcomer Diagnosed in Jan I was determined to start and complete my RYT during chemo Yoga has helped in my healing through breathe work and movement After my mastectomy I used breathe work instead of pain medication My goal is to share my story and to help other cancer patients and seniors to have a more meaningful life.
