Carolyn Fosko

She and her husband Stephen are co-owners of Highland Yoga and co-founders of Ever Yoga Teacher Training, where together they have facilitated more than 10 200hr Basic and 300hr Advanced Teacher Trainings. After 20 years of practicing and 15 years of teaching, she continues to learn from every moment spent on the mat and from everyone that she encounters. A Yoga Alliance registered 500 E-RYT, Carolyn completed her 500 hours of Yoga Teacher training with Raji Thron at Yoga Synthesis in NJ, 200 hours of Yoga Therapy training with Joseph Le Page of Integrative Yoga Therapy at Kripalu in MA and Erich Schiffmann's Yoga Teacher Training at Exhale Center for Sacred Movement in CA. Carolyn favors a spacious yet flowing practice focused on the breath. She believes that this essential and transformative element tethers one to each and every moment ~ presenting the opportunity to experience objectively and explore whole-heartedly. Attentive to alignment and opening lines of energy within the body, she ultimately seeks to create a safe haven in which to play and grow.
