Graced to experience Hot Vinyasa Flow with Caroline Felix of Shine Studio in Winchester, she quickly recognized the greater gift in Yoga-beyond the physical.As a Physician Assistant for over thirty years, she has a deep understanding of the human body and the need for balance in the body, mind, and spirit for authentic health. She completed her 200 hour Buddha Cat Vinyasa Flow Yoga teacher training with Tiffany Coombs in February of 2015. Additionally, she completed a Buddha Cat mentorship program in 2015. Her experiences as a Karuna® Reiki Master and Holy Fire®Reiki Master have inspired her to share this practice with as many people as possible.  is passionate about bringing a very intentional blend of challenge, ease, rhythm, and deep relaxation to her Yoga classes which include Reiki and an Extended Savanna.  Carolyn offers workshops with Reiki and Yoga . Trainings in all levels of Reiki include a Yoga practice to a activate the chakras and facilitate energy flow. These trainings are offered several times a year at different locations. She is also available for private  Yoga sessions with or without Reiki and individual Reiki sessions.
