Carolyn came to yoga to reduce workplace stress and found it also reduced the stress of being in the passenger seat as multiple children were learning to drive.
She learned that triangle pose lengthened her spine made rounded by time in front of the computer and that half moon pose energizes her body. Carolyn is a graduate of Chicago's Temple of Kriya Hatha Yoga Teacher training program and registered yoga teacher (RYT500). Besides providing yoga at Universal Spirit Yoga in Naperville, she taught cancer care yoga at a local hospital campus. Carolyn is a certified Iyengar yoga teacher (level one). She is available for group and private lessons. Carolyn teaches group yoga lessons at Triangle YMCA NW Cary, North Carolina on Mondays and Fridays at 8:00am. Signup is by YMCA membership.Carolyn teaches Iyengar yoga group classes at Fendol Farms Amenity Center on Mondays at 10am.Carolyn also teaches Iyengar yoga at the FARM (1 Alice Ingram Circle, Chapel Hill, NC) from 10-11:15am.
