As instructor and practitioner, Carrie holds space for creative expression without expectation.
She received her 200-hour certification in Baptiste Power Vinyasa yoga from Yoga Habit in May 2022. Encouraged by her love for continued yoga education, Carrie also completed a 30-hour Advanced Yoga Teacher Training at the Well Studio and a 14-hour Trauma Sensitive Yoga Training with the Transformation Yoga Project in September 2022. She provides a trauma-informed practice of mindful movement that is supportive to all levels of yoga experience. She aims to create a comfortable and empowering space for students to explore their own unique journey, in community. Adult and Pediatric First Aid, CPR, and AED certified through the American Red Cross. Based in Philadelphia.
