I have a Bachelor's degree in Recreation Management, and Masters Degree in Education Leadership.
I completed my 500 hour teacher training Dec. 2017. and the 200 hour Yoga training December, 2013. Both at the Iyengar Yoga Center at Scottsdale Community College. I completed my Children's Yoga teacher training from Desert Song Yoga Arts Center in Phoenix, AZ in June, 2013. I currently teach Yoga for the Scottsdale Community College Fitness Center. I have taught gentle/restorative yoga and family yoga at Peaceful Warrior Martial Arts Center and Family yoga for the City of Tempe. At various times of the year I teach Beginning Yoga and Children's Yoga at Scottsdale Neighborhood Arts Center in Scottsdale, AZ. I also am a substitute teacher at Anytime Fitness in Scottsdale, Arizona Country Club in Phoenix, AZ, and Dance Fusion in Scottsdale Airpark.
