Carri Manchester, RYT-500, is a Yoga and meditation teacher based outside Albany, NY.
Carri’s classes support awareness of and alignment with our physical, emotional, and spiritual environment, personal and social justice, trauma-sensitivity, and compassion within a context of Yogic and Buddhist philosophy that strives to honor the South Asian cultures and communities that protected and sustained these ancient practices for thousands of years. Her personal practice supports balance in her full-time career, family, self-care, and personal growth, and she finds joy sharing those benefits with others. Carri completed her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training with Pam Medina at The Yoga Lily, a mindfulness meditation teacher training with Cyndi Lee, and a 500-hour Ayurvedic Yoga Teacher certification a the Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health. She additionally holds a BA in Art History and Anthropology and an MA in Museum Professions.
