Carries teaching journey spans more than a decade during which she has had the privilege of learning from the esteemed teachers at Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health Throughout her journey Carrie has always been drawn to working with special populations starting her teaching career in prisons to now teaching in hospitals working with oncology clients Carrie has undergone an immense evolution from an instructor to an advanced teacher of therapeutic yoga and soon to be professional yoga therapist Her mission is to hold space and support others through body mind and spirit practices on their journey.
