Carrie is passionate about empowering individuals to connect to their authentic self and live genuinely.
Through the practices of yoga: asana, meditation, mantra, and contemplation, students have an opportunity to deeply explore their own truths. She works to hold space and encourages students to to internal exploration and connection to integrate the full experience of yoga. Carrie has explored numerous traditions and methods of yoga looking for relief from the challenges of scoliosis. It is from her personal experience with her own challenges that she teaches from. Her 9 years of personal practice with strong alignment and an inquisitive exploration of her body has taught her we are more than our limitations. Carrie has studied yoga asana extensively with Mandy Eubanks and Christina Sell. She is inspired by Gioconda Parker. Carrie continues to study asana as well as meditation and mantra with Sally Kempton. Carrie finds inspiration in nature. She tends to her vegetable garden, flowers, and hikes and bikes on her ranch. She has recently become intrigued by flower arranging and photography. Carrie Felton is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with an approved and active Registered Yoga School (RYS).
