Carrie Gaynor is the owner/director of Modern Nature Bodyworks, senior faculty member of Tom Myers’ Anatomy Trains Myofascial Meridians, Board Certified Structural Integrator/ Anatomy Trains Structural Integration practitioner, Certified Level 2 Fascial Stretch practitioner and Fascial Fitness Trainer.
She has developed ‘Yoga for the Health of It’, a fascially based wellness class which is the synthesis of her unique body of knowledge and many years of teaching and hands on experience. As an educator, Carrie is engaging and delivers courses with ease, relevance and passion. She received her foundational yoga training in Canada at the Esther Myers Yoga Studio, and studied for years with Leslie Kaminoff, Victor van Kooten and Kali Ray. She is a certified teacher of TriYoga flow and continues her studies with founder, Kali Ray (Kaliji) and senior TriYoga teachers. She also holds a BS in nursing from the University of Rochester.
