"I am the owner of Lava Yoga Lawrence, LLC (Lava Yoga) in Lawrence, KS. I teach group vinyasa flow classes, gentle yoga classes and yoga for those with Parkinson's Disease. I also teach large special groups and private classes. Covid forced the evolution of teaching virtually, so I have also taught many classes on-line. I believe yoga is for everyone! Fat, thin, purple, yellow, in a wheelchair or chair. If you can breath, you can do yoga. I believe in always being a student and hope to never stop learning about the miracles of connecting the mind and body".
