An E-RYT-500 and IAYT Certified Yoga Therapist, Carrie is passionate about sharing somatics and somayoga with the world. She shares her passion for bringing Somatic Based Therapies to the the yoga community and world through two major continuing education courses - 20 Hour SomaYoga Therapy Training and a 20-Week Mind-Body Blueprint Somatic Self-Mastery Course offered through www.resolvepainguru.com Carrie's speciality is sharing somatic practices that speak the language of the nervous system - specifically Somatic Neuromuscular Re-education, Pain Reprocessing Therapy, Nervous System Reset Practices and Progressive Lymphatics. She is a perpetual learner and dedicated to helping others tap into their deepest selves and uncover more ease, peace and joy in their lives! Carrie has been in private practice specializing in working with clients with nervous system dysregulation, chronic and recurring pain, anxiety, disease conditions and rehabilitation for over 15 years.
