Www.taylorfascial.com and www.tayloryoga.com @taylorfascialCarrie has been in the fitness & nutrition industry as a certified professional since 1990, a Registered Massage Therapist in Canada since 2001, and a licensed massage therapist in the U.S.
since 2005. Following completion of a Bachelor of Science degree at the University of British Columbia, Carrie attended the prestigious West Coast College of Massage Therapy in Vancouver to complete a 3500 hour Massage Therapy program. She was teaching at the Swedish Institute January 2001-2015, where her topics of expertise included; Myofascial Release, Anatomy & Physiology, Pathology, Neurology, Palpation, & Clinical Strategies. Carrie works with patients privately in Georgia, teaches continuing education in Georgia, New York, and Canada, and currently practices Myofascial Release, Core Stability based Personal Training & stretching, and Nutrition Counseling. Carrie graduated from the 200 hour Lifepower yoga teacher training December 2014 and specializes in ashtanga and vinyasa forms of yoga practice. She has a core stability total body conditioning DVD, as well as over 40 Myofascial release & Osteopathic CEU classes, which are NCBTMB/CMTBC/MTAM/NY and FL approved (available in hard copy or downloadable format for your iPads, smart phones etc). She is also the author of a textbook “Taylor Techniques: Myofascial release and treatment strategies” available on Amazon.
