Peaceful Greetings! My name is Carrieann, I am a neurodivergent and queer affirming wellness life coach and yoga teacher.
I have a B.Sci in Psychology, my 200h yoga teacher training and certified Restorative and Yin Yoga. I have a vast and unique background which also includes musical theatre, pagan deaconry, Montessori, homeschool and a deep love of cooking at home. I believe yoga is a part of a holistic practice to help keep us centered even when our brains process the world through a different lens. Every Body is different and I do not take a one-size-fits-all approach to my teaching. I prefer teaching small classes virtually. With all the perfect yogi bodies out there, yoga can be intimidating! I want to show you that yoga is comforting, challenging and definitely not perfect! Life is about learning as we grow.
