Those genuine burning questions get louder and your intuitive replies do too I completed my initial hour Kundalini yoga training in Espanola NM in and another hour training in I am a wanderer but am not lost My purpose is clear and I made it my business to teach art yoga and meditation to support people deep and wide My focus is to help others open their lives to creative flow for personal goals and artistic vision To rejuvenate I go to water where I float and read on the shore or the woods where I ramble around.
