I have loved working out my entire life – first tennis, then running, yoga, and weights. You name it, I do it. I was in the business world for many years, but I always had a passion for fitness. I started out earning my aerobics certification, then I studied for my personal training certification and finally received my yoga certification. After having many years of lower back issues, yoga was and is the one thing that strengthened my lower back. Yoga just resonates with me in terms of stretching and strengthening my body and soul. I also love healthy eating! I am not a perfect eater, but I definitely feel and look better when I eat fruits, vegetables and lean meats and fish. My children and I work on our garden together which consists of Earth Boxes and Tower Gardens. I take and sell Juice Plus, which is whole food nutrition in a capsule or chewable, to ensure that we are getting our daily dose of fruits and veggies. I teach seminars on healthy eating. I am here to encourage you to become a healthy person inside and out and I can’t wait to see you in one of my classes!
