Cascade Lineback is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, having completed her 200 and 300 hour trainings with Sattva Yoga.
She is also a certified Kids Yoga Teacher.She took an intensive 100 hour Universal Yoga course with founder, Andrey Lappa, in 2013 and integrates Universal Yoga into her classes. In May, 2024 she offered a women's wellness retreat in Northern New Mexico. In August, 2025 she collaborated on a yoga retreat in Taos and in November, 2025 she hosts a group of yogis for "Soak & Center" in Truth or Consequences, NM.She teaches Vinyasa, Yin, Slow Flow, Restorative and Meditation classes to teens and adults. She also teaches in Spanish!In 2024 she began supporting teacher training programs and Cascade is passionate about bringing best pedagogical practices from her two decades of experience in education to future yoga teachers.
