Hello! I’m Casey, a prenatal, kids and family yoga instructor, dance teacher and mother to my own young yogis.
I have been dancing since 1996 and began choreographing shortly thereafter for musical theatre productions and dance companies. My background is in contemporary ballet, but I have explored many different styles and am still discovering more to learn! Yoga found me after an injury and after years of practicing on my own I thought, why not combine my love of movement, kids and my overactive imagination. Currently, I meet privately with clients and teach preschool movement classes. I am an E-RYT 200 Vinyasa Yoga Instructor specializing in Yoga for Kids and Families.
