She specializes in gentle chair yoga, but has experience teaching chair yoga dance, gentle mat yoga, and preschool aged yoga classes as well. KC’s intention is to offer yoga practices that are accessible to individuals of all backgrounds and abilities, inviting practitioners to meet themselves where they are on their chair.
