Cassandra Bright (pka Cassandra Wallick) is a 500-hr Registered Yoga Teacher (ERYT) with Yoga Alliance, who has attended two 200-hr trainings (one in the U.S.
in 1999 and one in India in 2007), plus two 300-hr trainings, one in 2017, and one in 2021. She has continued her inner journey and outer studies with many additional hours of self-study and time with Masters for over 20 years. Since the start of her yoga journey, and as the Founder of Gilbert Yoga (the studio she owned for 17 years), she has connected with thousands of students, and has taught countless hours of yoga, in group classes, with private clients, on yoga retreats, etc. After 12 years leading more than 25 '200-hr Yoga Teacher Training' programs in Gilbert, she is now bringing these yoga teacher trainings abroad, in a retreat format, presented by her new yoga venture, Graced Gardens LLC.
