Cassandra is a Colorado native, founder/owner of Honest Haven Yoga Studio, and she is in love with all things outdoors! Nature is her comfort.
Her love of nature is what drew her to yoga and encouraged her to complete her 200 hour yoga teacher training (YTT) in 2019, her 25 hour trapeze YTT in 2020, her SUP YTT in 2022, and her 300 hour YTT in 2022. Yoga has such a natural flow that its calling was strong for her. Living a slower paced life and really enjoying each moment as it comes has had a profound impact on her mental health and physical well being. She is passionate about supporting others with the skills she has learned. Additionally she has had training in aromatherapy and believes that all the senses contribute to one’s well rounded yoga practice. With her passion for nature and skills to share, she is excited to lead the Always-At-Aum Colorado Practice where teacher training will be held in her greenhouse yoga studio.
