With nearly 25 years of personal practice and over a decade of teaching experience, Casie blends her master’s degree in education with extensive and diverse yoga training to create meaningful, accessible, and intelligently designed experiences on and off the mat.She leads the Nectar Flow Yoga 200-Hour Teacher Training, a Yoga Alliance–certified online hybrid program, along with continuing education courses, immersions, and retreats that weave together anatomy, alignment, philosophy, and mindful sequencing.Casie’s teaching emphasizes connection over performance—meeting students where they are while still inviting challenge, curiosity, and growth.
