Yoga has always been a part of Cassis life Starting small as a child doing cat poses with Mom listening to records and practicing yoga poses in college apartments with friends and continuously finding it again after life changing events She has found that yoga is her constant Providing clarity calmness grounding and community all with just one practice Having envisioned being a yoga instructor since college the vision has finally manifested for Cassi by completing RYT Samdhaana training through the Lake Lure Yoga studio She is excited for the opportunity to share her love of yoga and to bring grounding to others lives.
