Hi my name is Cat Landrigan and I am a Registered Yoga Teacher RYT with Yoga Alliance I completed my RYT certification in May and enjoy teaching students in both the private and group class settings I primarily teach vinyasa flow classes that are appropriate for beginners or those looking for an open level experience I also am a licensed clinical social worker and enjoy helping students find ways to use yoga to help manage their experience of depression anxiety and/or life stress.
