Moonlight Yoga

 I teach classes for special needs children previously at the Horizon School in Friendswood TX., in my private clients homes & offices, as well as my own studio Moonlight Yoga in League City. I believe smaller classes provide the greatest benefit to the student and allow me to provide a more focused practice for my students individually. I sincerely believe in yoga and the seemingly endless benefits it can bring your mind and body. Your practice will provide you time to take care of you, focusing solely on yourself while reaching a restful deep state of relaxation.  I want to provide everyone interested in yoga the opportunity to practice yoga so my group classes are donation based, donations typically range from $10-$15 per lesson.  Feel free to call me with if you have questions; at Moonlight Yoga, we Build Strong Bodies & Healthy Minds.
