It offers yoga classes, meditation practice, and some informational videos that detail concepts presented in books I have written. The main purpose is tho have a resource center for my daughters so they can practice and befriend their bodies whenever they need to- even if I am traveling or teaching. It si not meant to be polished or fancy- just me sharing practices that might help. On this channel, I also offer trauma-informed yoga and yoga for trauma class (these are cooled Yoga for Mathilde- a trauma survivor. Catherine Cook-Cottone is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with an approved and active Registered Yoga School (RYS).
